Job Summary:

AES Sustainability Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on sustainability and environmental issues to our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and environmental management, with experience in providing consultancy services to clients in the construction and property industries. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing BREEAM consultancy and assessments for mixed-use and non-residential developments
  • Engaging with clients and project teams to ensure sustainability requirements are met
  • Delivering high-quality consultancy and written reports
  • Utilizing resources to provide timely and professional advice and assessments
  • Acting as Project Lead for sustainability services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in sustainability and environmental management
  • Experience in providing consultancy services to clients in the construction and property industries
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience of using IES Tap and BREEAM In Use/ Communities/ Refurbishment/ HQM/ ESG reporting
