Senior Sustainability Consultant - ESG Assurance and Sustainability
Are you ready to spearhead the expansion of ESG and sustainability services within a forward-thinking, digitally advanced organization? Are you driven to assist clients in achieving both business success and sustainability across their operations and supply chains?

Our team, based in the UK, consists of over 30 professionals who collaborate with some of the world's most prominent companies and leading brands. We possess extensive expertise across various sectors, particularly in consumer goods and financial services.

We are in search of a Senior Sustainability Consultant with a background in Assurance (ISAE3000/ ISAE3410/ AA1000) who will take charge of enhancing our sales and delivery of sustainability services.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to assume a leadership position, guiding and developing our initiatives across a diverse array of sustainability services, with a primary focus on sustainability report assurance, supply chain sustainability, sustainability strategy, and climate change consulting.


Service Leadership:
Lead the formulation and implementation of sustainability services, specializing in:
• Sustainability report assurance.
• Sustainable finance consulting.
• Digital assurance, including solutions for supply chain transparency.
• Supply chain sustainability and risk management.
• Sustainability and ESG strategy.

You will be expected to lead project teams and contribute to business growth through the following activities:
• Directing projects to ensure they meet client expectations, are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
• Effectively leading and communicating with project teams and clients.
• Introducing services from your existing expertise to new clients and expanding offerings to current clients.

• Producing thought leadership content for internal and external publication and engaging in public speaking to enhance our profile and market presence.

We seek candidates with a proven track record in sales and business development of ESG and sustainability services within a consultancy environment. A history of leading and delivering consulting services as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the ESG/sustainability domain is essential.

Academic qualifications relevant to sustainability are required, along with proven experience as a project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance, support, and feedback to Senior Consultants and Consultants.
