Position Overview

ESG Flo is on the lookout for a committed ESG Software Onboarding Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to facilitate client onboarding and serve as a vital link between client insights and our Product teams. You will be recognized as an ESG Flo authority for clients throughout their onboarding journey.

Our software simplifies ESG reporting and decision-making by enhancing the extraction, validation, and transformation of pertinent data, all while ensuring auditability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Onboarding & Management
  • Lead weekly meetings with clients to understand their processes and data challenges, demonstrating how ESG Flo can assist.
  • Manage the onboarding journey for new clients across ESG Flo's Scopes 1, 2, 3, and Compliance Reporting Platforms, ensuring data organization and continuous support.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for new clients and their teams throughout the onboarding phase.
  • Collaborate with client Sustainability Teams to gain insights into ESG topics.
  1. Collaboration with Customer Success Team
  • Work alongside the Head of Customer Success to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Partner with fellow customer success analysts to enhance client onboarding and data organization.
  • Ensure timely completion of all client onboarding tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of transparency and accuracy throughout the onboarding process.
  1. Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams
  • Relay customer feedback to the Product team, assisting in feature prioritization and acting as a liaison between clients and Product teams.
  • Report issues to the engineering team for prompt resolution.
  1. Data Analytics Support for Current Clients
  • Work with clients to tackle challenges in data collection and standardization.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to support clients in identifying significant changes that may impact reported figures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data organization and project management.
  • Client-facing experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and the ESG landscape.
  • Relevant academic background in environmental science or sustainability is advantageous.
