Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our esteemed Housing Implementation Support team at NEC Software Solutions. As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation of the NEC Housing system at new customer sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership
    • Lead the implementation process, providing expert guidance and support to customers.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Migration and Integration
    • Offer expert advice on data migration into NEC Housing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions for customer interfacing and integration requirements.
  • Training and Consultancy
    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and consultancy services, empowering customers to optimize features such as DTI, Query View, Task Manager, Archiving, and Variable Warnings.
    • Develop and deliver clear and impactful training materials to ensure customer understanding and adoption.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Utilize your expertise in SQL and Oracle databases to work with data effectively and efficiently.
    • Develop and customize dataloads to meet specific customer needs.
  • Customer Support
    • Provide indispensable support during critical year-end processes, including dataloads, extracts, and notifications, particularly in Leasehold Service Charge and Rent areas.
    • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Expertise
    • Deep understanding of the NEC Housing product and its features.
    • High level of proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
    • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and guidance.
  • Education and Experience
    • Relevant degree in a technical field, such as computer science or information technology.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical implementation or consultancy role.
