About the Role:

Tosca is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a key role in safeguarding our assets and preventing losses, creating a competitive advantage for Tosca and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding and Training: You will be responsible for onboarding and training customers on how to use our online system, providing support to place orders, stock declarations, and manage stock balances.
  • Period End Account Checks: You will carry out period end account checks to ensure invoices are raised correctly.
  • Customer Master Data: You will be responsible for managing customer master data.
  • Quality Issues: You will be the customer's point of contact for reporting any quality issues and will support the Quality Department by liaising with the customer until resolution.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Clerk or Office Management Assistant Training: You should have training as an industrial clerk, office management assistant, or acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in a Customer Support position.
  • Language Skills: You should be fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
  • MS Office: You should know your way around MS Office.
