Strategic Business Growth Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Sales Director to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of highly innovative ENT surgery equipment and consumables.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial salesperson with a strong background in medical devices to develop a specialist business unit within our company structure. With a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) already in place, your role will be to drive sales of our range of highly innovative ENT surgery equipment and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of ENT surgery equipment and consumables
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Well-established and successful medical devices salesperson
  • Surgical equipment sales experience
  • Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ideally experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging
  • Ambitious and career driven

What We Offer

  • Basic salary: £50,000 to £60,000
  • Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650 / month
  • Benefits: 6% Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, death in service

Travel Requirements

The Strategic Business Growth Manager will cover the UK and as such, applicants must be willing to travel nationally.
