About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device salesperson to develop a specialist business unit within an existing company structure. As a Strategic Business Development Manager at BMS Performance, you will be responsible for driving sales of highly innovative ENT surgery equipment and consumables, including a laryngeal implant, dilation balloon, and specialist haemostasis products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a specialist business unit within an existing company structure
  • Drive sales of highly innovative ENT surgery equipment and consumables
  • Build a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support sales efforts
  • Develop a sales and training team to continue driving growth and developing the business channel

Requirements:

  • Well-established and successful medical devices salesperson
  • Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ideal experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging

The Package:

  • Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650 / month
  • Benefits: 6% Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, death in service

Travel Requirements:

The Strategic Business Development Manager will cover the UK and must be willing to travel nationally.
