The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Director to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide leadership and oversight to our Income Generation, Public Affairs, Partnerships, and Communications teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies that align with our mission and goals.
  • Lead the income generation, public affairs, partnerships, and communications teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Safeguarding, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and Health and Safety legislation.
  • Foster service user involvement across all areas of work.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working at a senior level in a similar role.
  • Experience in income generation.
  • Experience of leadership and management at this level.
