Job Summary

H&K Fire Engineering Careers is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering fire sprinkler projects on time, to budget, and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Initiation and Handover
    • Lead project initiation and handover meetings with stakeholders, including sales, design, and quality assurance teams.
  • Project Programme Management
    • Develop and maintain project programmes to ensure timely completion.
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project File Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project file records.
  • Cost Management
    • Attend internal project cost-to-complete meetings.
  • Project Closure
    • Complete and submit all end-of-project documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals, as-fitted drawings, and certification.

Supplier Management

  • Installer Management
    • Ensure installers are adequately briefed and competent to fulfill project requirements.
  • Purchase Order Requests
    • Raise purchase orders using authorized Tier 1 suppliers.
  • On-Site Resource Management
    • Support and manage on-site resources to ensure issues are resolved and the programme is maintained.
