We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering fire and security projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver fire and security projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fire and security project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering fire and security projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
