Director - Public Sector and Government Lead Cost Management

We're seeking an experienced Director to lead our public sector-facing teams in the region, building on our strong foundation and taking operations to the next level of maturity. This is an exceptional opportunity for a progressive leader to accelerate our growth, increase market share, and develop our capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead public sector teams across the regions to achieve target outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction for public sector teams' activities and virtual coordination of activities across sector leaders nationally.
  • Project execution assurance for public sector projects.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and industry peers.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in leading cost management for public sector and government capital projects and programs.
  • Proven track record in winning work and business generation.
  • Established industry network and strong market reputation.
  • Degree holder in a relevant discipline.
  • Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated, and hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
