Job Description

**About the Role**

This newly created Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) position is an exciting opportunity to bring your existing experience to a leading organisation and shape the FP&A function. You will make a significant impact, help drive the business forward, and generate the commercial information required to bring about change.

**About the Company**

EA First Ltd is a reputable employment agency, and this is a permanent vacancy in a dynamic and growing organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans that support business objectives.
  • Oversee monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

**Requirements**

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in an FP&A function. You will be a strong communicator, able to build effective relationships with non-finance colleagues and stakeholders.

**What We Offer**

£50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits package.
