We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team and support our CFO in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial analysis and insight to the leadership team to support the company's KPIs, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for current and future performance.
  • Build a best-in-class FP&A function, implementing BI visualization tools and driving their adoption across the organization.
  • Support new acquisitions and onboarding post-acquisition, providing commercial and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Work on key global projects across the business, leveraging your expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) or MBA.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience of working in a commercial finance role, preferably with a strategic outlook.
  • Ability to work with non-finance stakeholders and build strong working relationships with the wider senior management team.
  • Comfortable and experienced using and manipulating big data sets, highly proficient in Excel and BI visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and capable of influencing at all levels of management.
