About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our newly established Business Planning team at the Raspberry Pi Foundation. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with the leadership team to provide financial expertise and guidance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the annual business planning and budgeting cycle, including financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and leadership team to develop and implement financial systems, processes, and controls.
  • Manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a nonprofit or international organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing business plans, budgets, and forecasts, with a strong focus on financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from financial and operational data.
  • Experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on talent development and engagement.
