Telesales Account Executive - £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £50,000)
At 4Com Plc, a distinguished leader in the telecommunications sector, we are experiencing a dynamic phase of expansion. We are in search of a driven and confident negotiator who can thrive within a compact, professional team in a goal-oriented atmosphere.
As a Telesales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with, present, and finalize agreements with Managing Directors and Key Decision Makers from our established customer network who are looking to upgrade their traditional phone lines and/or broadband services to innovative alternatives.
This position is exclusively focused on warm leads, ensuring that you will not engage in cold calling.

Responsibilities of a Telesales Account Executive at 4Com:
- Utilizing targeted data based on telephone exchange stop/sell deadlines, you and your team will reach out to our existing clientele via phone.
- Following the provided sales script/structure, you will aim to deliver the sales presentation promptly or schedule a more convenient time for the discussion.
- You will identify the telecom needs of customers by analyzing their current setup and discussing the most suitable packages available, addressing all inquiries, and effectively managing any objections.
- Keeping the sales diary updated with scheduled appointments, accurately documenting outcomes and notes in the CRM system.
- Ensuring your product knowledge remains current to maximize the effectiveness of your outreach.
- Continuously managing reschedules, maintaining an organized call-back diary, and thoughtfully nurturing prospective customers with relevant follow-up communications as necessary.
