Account Executive

Handle Recruitment is seeking to hire 3 x Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads through various outreach methods, including phone calls, emails, and online presentations.
Our innovative solutions are designed to assist contractors and clients in ensuring compliance within the supply chain, minimizing risks, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency. Compensation: Competitive salary with commission structure.
Work Environment: A hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in relevant industry events and trade shows.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers during outreach campaigns.
- Highlight product advantages to validate potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and clients in our CRM system.
- Expand and manage the prospect database effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce to monitor all sales activities, including tracking contact details and interactions.
- Participate in sales meetings focused on targets and forecasts.
- Manage a designated portfolio of suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telephone sales.
- Background in Sales Development, tele-prospecting, or cold calling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone demeanor are essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web presentation tools.
- Solid understanding of networking and prospecting through social media platforms.
- High energy, commitment, and a results-driven mindset are crucial.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with sales training and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
