A prominent provider of supply chain compliance and risk management solutions is seeking to hire 3 x Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through various outreach methods, including outbound calling campaigns, email communications, social media engagement, virtual meetings, and online demonstrations.

Their award-winning offerings assist contractors (suppliers) and clients (buyers) in ensuring supply chain compliance, mitigating risks, and enhancing efficient supply chain management. They are trusted by leading organizations across diverse sectors such as construction, education, facilities management, and housing development.

Compensation: Competitive salary with commission structure.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in relevant industry trade shows and events.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers through targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Highlight product advantages and features to validate sales-ready opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of created opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Expand and manage the database of prospects within the CRM.
  • Utilize the company CRM (Salesforce) to track all activities, including recording names, contact details, actions taken, and responses from prospects and customers.
  • Attend sales meetings to discuss targets and forecasts.
  • Manage a designated number of supplier accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telephone sales.
  • Background in Sales Development, tele-prospecting, or cold calling is preferred.
  • Professional phone demeanor and exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and web presentation tools like WebEx.
  • Strong understanding of prospecting and effective networking through social media platforms.
  • High energy level, commitment, and a drive to achieve success.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to thrive in a self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Sales training and experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Salesforce and telesales.
