Insite Operations Support Manager – Brammer Buck & Hickman

Are you looking for a dynamic role that involves engaging with diverse clients? We have an exciting opportunity to become part of the Insite Operations Support team.

Our expanding national Insite portfolio is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, sourcing products and spare parts, overseeing site projects, and identifying cost-saving opportunities in alignment with our contractual obligations.

The IOSM team consists of 20 dedicated professionals, fostering a vibrant and supportive workplace culture. We take pride in our customer service and are constantly exploring innovative approaches to enhance our operations.

Flexibility is essential, as the position requires providing holiday, sickness, and project support across various sites. While your primary location will be within the designated area, occasional travel may be necessary, including potential overnight stays for short durations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively at all levels. A technical background and a solid understanding of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul supply chain are preferred. Experience with sales order and inventory management systems is also beneficial. A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel within your assigned area are required.

  • Commercially savvy to recognize opportunities for cost consolidation and savings.
  • Experience with Sales Order Processing systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
