Insite Operations Support Coordinator

Located strategically, our expanding national Insite portfolio is dedicated to providing top-tier customer service directly at client sites. Your responsibilities will encompass order fulfillment, inventory oversight, sourcing of products and spare parts, managing site projects, and identifying cost-saving opportunities in alignment with our contractual obligations.

The IOSM team consists of 20 dedicated professionals, fostering a vibrant and supportive workplace culture. We take pride in our customer service excellence and are consistently exploring innovative approaches to enhance our operations.

This role requires flexibility, as you will provide coverage for holidays, illness, and various projects across multiple sites. While primarily based within a designated corridor, occasional travel may be necessary, including overnight stays when required.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels. A technical background and a solid understanding of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul supply chain will be advantageous. Familiarity with sales order and inventory management systems is also beneficial. A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel within your assigned area are essential.

Key Skills:

  • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Experience with Sales Order Processing systems is essential.
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.
