Insite Operations Support Supervisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? Join our Insite Operations Support team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service delivery.

As part of our expanding national Insite portfolio, you will be responsible for various tasks including order fulfillment, inventory management, sourcing of products and spare parts, and executing site projects while ensuring cost efficiency in line with our service agreements.

The IOSM team consists of 20 dedicated professionals, fostering a vibrant and collaborative workplace. We take pride in our customer-centric approach and are always seeking innovative methods to improve our operations.

This role requires flexibility, as you will provide support for holidays, sickness, and projects across multiple sites. While your primary focus will be within the M5 corridor, occasional travel may be necessary, including overnight stays for specific assignments.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. A technical background and a solid understanding of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul supply chain will be advantageous. Familiarity with sales order and inventory management systems is also preferred. A valid UK driving license and the willingness to travel within your designated area are essential.

Key Skills:

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities with adaptability.
  • Commercial insight to identify opportunities for cost reduction and consolidation.
  • Experience with Sales Order Processing systems is crucial.
  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
