Insite Operations Support Manager – Brammer Buck & Hickman

Are you passionate about engaging with diverse clients and enhancing operational efficiency? Join our Insite Operations Support team, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support.

As part of our expanding national Insite portfolio, you will play a vital role in order fulfillment, inventory oversight, sourcing products and spare parts, managing site projects, and driving cost efficiencies in alignment with our service agreements.

The IOSM team consists of 20 dedicated professionals in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. We take pride in our customer service excellence and are continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve our operations.

This role requires adaptability, as you will provide coverage for holidays, sickness, and various projects across multiple sites. While your primary focus will be within the M5 corridor, occasional travel beyond this area may be necessary, including potential overnight stays when required.

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively at all levels. A technical background and a solid understanding of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul supply chain will be advantageous. Familiarity with sales order and inventory management systems is also preferred. A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel within your designated area are essential.

Key Skills:

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities with flexibility.
  • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for cost savings and spend consolidation.
  • Experience with Sales Order Processing systems is essential.
  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not mandatory.
