Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insite Operations Support Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock, and driving cost savings across our national Insite portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order fulfilment, stock management, and product sourcing to ensure seamless customer service
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to meet contractual expectations
  • Provide holiday, sickness, and project support to a wide range of sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Utilize sales order and stock management systems to optimize operations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical bias and understanding of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul supply chain
  • Experience with sales order and stock management systems
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel across the defined area
