Insite Operations Support Manager – Brammer Buck & Hickman

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and managing diverse customer interactions? Join our dynamic Insite Operations Support team. We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our operations.

As part of our expanding national Insite portfolio, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier customer service on-site. Your responsibilities will include order fulfillment, inventory oversight, sourcing products and spare parts, executing site projects, and identifying cost-saving opportunities aligned with our service agreements.

The IOSM team consists of 20 skilled professionals, fostering a vibrant and collaborative work environment. We take pride in our customer service excellence and are continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve our operations.

This role requires flexibility, as you will provide support for various sites during holidays, sickness, and project needs. While primarily based within a defined corridor, occasional travel may be necessary, including potential overnight stays.

We are looking for a strong communicator who can engage effectively at all levels. A technical background and a solid understanding of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul supply chain are preferred. Familiarity with sales order and inventory management systems is advantageous. A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel within your designated area are essential.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with Sales Order Processing systems is essential.
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial but not mandatory.
