Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insite Operations Support Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock and inventory, and driving cost savings across our national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels and inventory across multiple sites
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and operations management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency in sales order processing systems and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of inventory management and stock control
