About the Role:

BSE - Business Support Experts is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic networking, client engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust referral network with accountants and business introducers to expand our reach.
  • Attend meetings organised by the internal sales development team and proactively book and attend your own self-generated meetings.
  • Be a BSE brand ambassador at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events, showcasing our business to potential clients and partners.
  • Use your expertise to convert leads into lasting business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.
