About the Role

BSE - Business Support Experts is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic client acquisition and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth goals.
  • Generate leads, build valuable relationships, and maximize referrals through strategic networking and client engagement.
  • Attend meetings organized by the internal sales development team and proactively book and attend self-generated meetings.
  • Develop a robust referral network with accountants and business introducers to expand our reach.
  • Represent BSE as a brand ambassador at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events, showcasing our business to potential clients and partners.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proven expertise in converting leads into lasting business opportunities.
  • Fieldwork experience requiring a car and a valid driver's license.
