Core Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Actively seek and engage new clients in need of financial solutions across various industries.
  • Advisory Sales: Collaborate with business proprietors to comprehend their financial goals and provide customized recommendations on suitable finance options.
  • Product Expertise: Keep informed about the finance solutions available at Growth Business Finance, including Merchant Cash Advances, Unsecured Business Loans, Revolving Credit Facilities, Secured Loans, and Asset Finance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat engagements.
  • Negotiation Skills: Facilitate negotiations between lenders and clients to achieve mutually advantageous agreements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
