Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis

Deliver insightful financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decisions, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to stakeholders.

Financial Performance Improvement

Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for financial performance improvement, driving cost savings and revenue growth.

Financial Expertise and Guidance

Provide financial expertise and guidance for key projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.

Financial Policy and Procedure Development

Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and reliable financial information is provided to stakeholders.

Year-End Accounts Preparation

Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts, ensuring timely and accurate submission to regulatory bodies.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

Participate in cross-functional teams to drive the financial success of the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

About You

A successful Financial Business Partner should have:

  • Relevant accountancy qualifications.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
