**Job Summary**

Advinia Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our team at Haydale Care Home in Glasgow. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.

* Develop and lead a caring and motivated team to deliver exceptional care to our residents
* Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate (CI) requirements for care assessments and plans
