Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team at HARP. As a key member of our sales and partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying and growing market share, increasing client retention targets, and developing strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on average order values, client retention rates, and market share to the Sales Director
- Travel to key events across the UK and internationally to build relationships with clients and promote our services
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal sales targets and media campaigns
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to identify new business leads and opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and partnerships, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of sales processes and tools, including Salesforce
- Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and driver's license
