We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Operational Resilience Consultant to join our distinguished Digital Trust and Cyber Security Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients strengthen their operations, safeguard their reputation, comply with regulatory standards, and sustain a competitive advantage.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating comprehensive operational processes to bolster business resilience.
  • Implementing a holistic strategy that transcends conventional business continuity practices in today's evolving corporate landscape.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of resilience across various critical areas within the organization.
  • Managing a variety of resilience components, including third-party relationships, personnel, security measures, and essential IT functions.
  • Grounding your initiatives in fundamental risk management principles, vital for navigating the complexities of contemporary business.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of PA's Operational Resilience team.
  • Engaging in thought leadership by creating resources that enhance the team's expertise.
Qualifications

  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Insight into the operations of information technology departments and their critical role in successful business functioning.
  • Confidence and a keen interest in pinpointing vulnerabilities within IT frameworks.
  • Technical expertise in areas such as Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third Party Risk Management, Crisis Management, IT Service Management, and Disaster Recovery.
  • Familiarity with IT service frameworks like COBIT and ITIL is advantageous.
  • Experience with relevant international standards concerning resilience, risk management, and information security.
  • Desirable certifications from recognized industry bodies such as BCI, DRI, CISSP, or IRM.
  • An understanding of Financial Services Regulation and a background in financial services, acknowledging that resilience principles are applicable across various sectors.
