Shape Resilience Strategies in a Leading Financial Institution

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Continuity Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of robust continuity planning strategies within the UK/Europe region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct in-depth analyses, and support critical resolution plans for our global operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead independent or collaborative efforts to conduct detailed analyses and prepare comprehensive management presentations.
  • Play a key role in testing the effectiveness of our resolution capabilities across Operations and Technology functions.
  • Develop clear and concise procedure documents and process flows for executing business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from various business units to ensure alignment and consensus on critical decisions.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and autonomy in decision-making, contributing to the overall resilience of our organization.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within the Financial Services industry, with a focus on Operations and Technology.
  • A strong understanding of Operational Resilience principles, Third Party Management practices, or Recovery Planning methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management, data analysis, and report writing skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
