We seek candidates who possess:

- Technical expertise in areas such as Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third Party Risk Management, Crisis Management, IT Service Management, IT Continuity, Security, Risk Management, Supply Chain Resilience, and Disaster Recovery.
- Familiarity with IT service frameworks like COBIT and ITIL is advantageous.
- Experience with international standards related to resilience, risk management, information security, and service continuity.
- Desirable certifications from recognized industry organizations such as BCI, DRI, CISSP, or IRM.
- A background in Financial Services Regulation, recognizing that resilience principles are applicable across various sectors.
