**Continuous Improvement Specialist - Belfast - £35,000 - £40,000**

Join HST Hiring Group as we search for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to bolster the operations of one of our esteemed clients in Belfast, serving all of Ireland. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a knack for driving efficiencies in production and manufacturing, this role is for you. While some travel may be necessary, your impact will be felt throughout our organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- A full clean UK/EU driving license is essentiall.
