Occupational Health Specialist

SGN is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner/Advisor to join our team in Southern England.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees across various locations. You'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive occupational health services, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering health surveillance programs to ensure employee safety and well-being.
- Providing expert advice on health and wellness matters to employees and managers.
- Collaborating with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective occupational health policies and procedures.
- Supervising a team of Occupational Health Technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Analyzing data and managing reports to track key performance indicators related to occupational health.
- Referring employees to appropriate interventions and support services when necessary.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified individual with:
- A Registered Nurse qualification and a recognized Occupational Health Practitioner certification (SCPHN(OH)).
- Proven experience in health surveillance, case management, and supervision or management within an occupational health setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices related to occupational health and safety.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
