Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Safran Landing Systems. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships with functional leaders.


Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional employee experience, driving meaningful workforce planning, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's goals.


As a trusted advisor to our leaders, you will provide expert HR support across the full employee life journey, from attraction and recruitment to retention and engagement. You will also be responsible for driving innovation within HR, implementing new initiatives, and analyzing data to inform the people agenda.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with functional leaders to deliver business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives
  • Drive meaningful workforce planning and talent development strategies
  • Ensure an exceptional employee experience through effective HR service delivery
  • Implement new HR initiatives and drive innovation within the function
  • Analyze data to inform the people agenda and drive business outcomes


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Demonstrable experience of driving change and value-add solutions in an HR generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and its impact on the environment in which the business operates
