Position Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated Assistant Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team within the Adult Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) Team. This role is crucial in our Community Eating Disorders Service, where you will collaborate closely with a committed team of professionals.

Our Eating Disorder service is dedicated to providing evidence-based psychological interventions compliant with NICE guidelines, catering to clients and their families affected by eating disorders. We take pride in our comprehensive approach, offering specialized assessment and treatment for individuals aged 8 and above.

We encourage applications from psychology graduates eager to expand their expertise and who have a genuine interest in supporting individuals with eating disorders. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the ICT pathway, working alongside the core adult eating disorder team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments under the supervision of a qualified psychologist, utilizing various assessment tools and techniques.
  • Assist in developing and implementing care plans that address clients' psychological needs.
  • Manage ongoing audits of treatment outcomes, analyzing data to generate reports for the team and stakeholders.
