Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at HRGO Recruitment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist with various HR functions, and maintain employee records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
