Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to applications and vacancies across the region, utilizing effective communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Advertise vacancies on internal and external job boards, ensuring timely updates and refreshes via our ATS System.
  • Process and forward CVs to Hiring Managers, aligning with role requirements and job descriptions.
  • Coordinate correspondence with candidates for interviews, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Liaise with Service Managers and employees to ensure receipt of necessary documentation within specified timescales.
  • Verify and document DBS checks, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Update and maintain a Resourcing tracker, reviewing daily progress and communicating with Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant pro-forma's are issued to services.
  • Address Resourcing issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the organization's growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
