Bid Coordinator Job Description

At Brake Bros Limited, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our bid team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all bid activities are tracked and managed in conjunction with the Bid Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and managing the bid team inbox to ensure timely responses to bid-related queries.
  • Coordinating proposal input from various stakeholders, including sales leads and bid team members.
  • Organising kick-off meetings and review meetings to ensure smooth bid execution.
  • Drafting responses to PQQs and RFIs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assisting with bid submissions, including document preparation and submission.
  • Supporting the Bid Managers as required, providing administrative assistance and ensuring bid-related tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of bid management processes and procedures.
  • Experience in an administrative or organisational role, preferably in a bid management or proposal coordination capacity.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Competent using MS Office skills, particularly Outlook and MS Word.
  • Adept at learning new software and systems, with a willingness to adapt to changing bid management processes.
