Position Overview: Premier Recruitment Group Limited is proud to partner with a distinguished client in the care sector, seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Senior Human Resources Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent role within a well-respected organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Advisory Role:** Provide expert advice, guidance, and interpretation of employment conditions and policies to all levels of management and staff, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.
2. **Support for HR Business Partners:** Assist HR Business Partners with case management and facilitate training sessions on HR processes as necessary.
3. **Management Information:** Collaborate with HR Business Partners to review and submit management reports and data, ensuring that managers are informed of necessary actions to meet organizational goals.
4. **Retention Strategies:** Analyze management information and work with HR Business Partners to implement appropriate measures to enhance employee retention, including reviewing exit interviews and onboarding data.
5. **Employee Relations:** Provide support to managers in handling employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, probation assessments, and performance management.
6. **Change Management:** Aid HR Business Partners in managing organizational changes, coordinating meetings with managers and staff to address contractual matters as needed.
7. **Policy Development:** Contribute to the formulation of HR policies, considering legislative changes and procedural updates, and assist in creating guides to facilitate effective HR policy application.
8. **HR Strategy Implementation:** Actively engage in executing the HR strategy, including setting and achieving objectives, and organizing events to promote HR initiatives.
9. **Cover for HR Advisors:** Provide temporary support for HR Advisors during absences or peak demand periods.

Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 or a commitment to achieve CIPD Level 7 within two years.
- Five GCSEs, including English and Mathematics.
- Relevant experience in a Human Resources Department, ideally in a comparable role.
- Proficient in utilizing HR databases for data analysis and trend identification.
- Background in the care sector or related experience.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and administrative functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
- Competence in producing precise management information and data.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
