Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a CPO or in a similar senior HR leadership role.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels of the organisation.
  • HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Change Management: Experience in change management and organisational development.
  • Education: A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or professional HR qualifications would be advantageous.
