Premier Recruitment Group is honored to partner with a distinguished client in the recruitment of a dedicated Resourcing Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a well-established care organization, offering a dynamic and diverse role with potential for career advancement.

Salary: £24,674 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications regarding application forms and job openings across the region.
  • Post job vacancies on both internal and external platforms, ensuring regular updates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Respond promptly to new applications submitted via the ATS.
  • Screen and forward CVs to Hiring Managers according to role specifications and job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and dispatch interview invitations to candidates.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers and staff to ensure timely receipt of essential Right to Work and DBS documentation.
  • Request and follow up on references both verbally and through the ATS.
  • Ensure complete compliance of onboarding files for new hires before confirming start dates.
  • Document and file DBS results promptly, adhering to Data Protection regulations.
  • Maintain and update a Resourcing tracker, reviewing it daily.
  • Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on candidate progress during the onboarding process.
  • Ensure all services receive accurate and compliant pro-formas.
  • Address and resolve any Resourcing-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and escalate any concerns or changes as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and engage in training as required.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks relevant to the position.
  • Take responsibility for personal Health & Safety and promote a safe working environment for colleagues.
  • Engage in supervision meetings with your manager and participate in the organization's staff appraisal system.
  • Attend Service Visits as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable making phone calls. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong typing abilities and attention to detail, is essential. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality is crucial.
