The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
- Provide HR-related support and handle employee inquiries
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and company policies
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
