The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
  • Provide HR-related support and handle employee inquiries

Requirements:
