Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for new product sales and upselling existing services.
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to secure new customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales services and support.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
