About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across our parcel and freight services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Work with our General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans for your territory, ensuring maximum utilization of our fleet capacity.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets in line with DX growth across all services, including parcel and freight.
  • Manage Customer Prospects: Identify, develop, and manage customer prospects to maximize sales growth and revenue.
  • Deliver Effective Tender Responses: Collaborate with our Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses to specific customer opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of our product portfolio and associated features and benefits, tailoring them to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Business Forecasting: Submit accurate and timely business forecasts and chair regular sales meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards sales targets.
  • Sales Tools and Process: Utilize our sales tools and process to maintain and develop sales pipeline and customer information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or parcel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business planning, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
