About the Role
Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Mortgage Manager to lead our team of Mortgage Advisors across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Mortgage Advisors to drive business growth and excellence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets and expand the business.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers to set and achieve sales targets, deliver forecasts, and develop attraction/retention plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including target setting, sales performance, and customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Manager or in a similar role.
- Full mortgage qualifications and Financial Services experience.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
