About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our SRW & Facing Brick product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious targets for SRW & Facing Brick products.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the construction industry, leveraging your market knowledge and network.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our SRW & Facing Brick offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of SRW & Facing Brick products, applications, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
