About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express London - Limehouse. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests
  • Participate in housekeeping activities, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Basic computer skills and a professional telephone manner
