Logistics Coordinator

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery to our production areas.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Process and ship outgoing orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of supply chain activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in our logistics operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management software and other logistics-related tools.
